Welcome to the Raritan River RR web page. When i was a boy i watched the big red sw900's carry transformers to the JCP&L plant behind my house. Now that I've grown up the line is all but gone. By starting this website i hope to collect information  on the history of the line. Having read Rails up the Raritan ,sparked much interest in the line and its history. I think its important to document this history for the future. If anyone would like to contribute photos or stories on the RRRR please feel free to email me webmaster@advanced-networks.com  I will post your photos and stories here with full credit.
